Product Exclusions in Our Meal Plans
To personalize your meal plan, you can exclude specific ingredients based on allergies, intolerances, or strong dietary restrictions. Excluded items will not appear in recipes, meal suggestions, or shopping lists.
You can manage all exclusions directly in the app under Settings → Excluded products.
The following foods can be excluded from your meal plan:
Animal-based foods
- Organ meats
- Fish & seafood
- Eggs
- Pork
- Butter
- Ghee
- Heavy cream
- Hard cheese
- Cream cheese
- Full-fat Greek yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- Sour cream
Vegetables & plant foods
- Olives
- Avocados
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Broccoli
- Spinach
- Zucchini
- Bell peppers
- Onions
Nuts & legumes
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Peanuts
Grains & starches
- Rice
- Couscous
- Quinoa
- Oats
- Buckwheat
- Corn
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXCLUSIONS:
- Please exclude only ingredients you absolutely cannot eat (due to allergies, medical reasons, or strong intolerances).
- The more ingredients you remove, the harder it becomes for our dietitian team to create a well-balanced, effective meal plan that supports your goals. A very limited ingredient list can reduce variety, nutritional balance, and long-term results.
- For best outcomes, keep exclusions focused and minimal.
